Two Ways To Get Hired

Offer a Service via the Service Search

  • List a Service: Create custom, bookable services—like cleaning, catering, trades, beauty, and more—complete with your pricing, description, and availability.

  • Get Booked: Employers use the Service Search to browse available services in their area and book instantly without needing to post a job.

  • Earn Your Way: You’ll be notified when a booking comes through. Show up, do a great job, and get paid directly—no chasing leads or applying for roles.

This is a great way to stand out, especially if you offer a specialised skill or package deal.

Be Discovered via the People Search Function

  • Create Your Profile: Fill out your profile with key information including your skills, availability, hourly rate, and the locations where you can work. Ensure your profile is bookable during sign-up to appear in employer searches.

  • Get Found: Employers use the People Search page to filter profiles and find the perfect match for their needs.

  • Accept Jobs: Once an employer finds your profile and books you for a job, you can choose to accept or reject the job. Note that rejecting too many jobs can negatively impact your profile’s visibility.

If you choose not to have a bookable profile during sign-up, you can still offer services via the Service Search function-but employers won’t be able to find you through the People Search.
