Marcella Martin

I have over 7 years of hospitality experience – mainly in restaurants and hotels. I’m most comfortable with waitressing but can also pretty easily find my way around a bar. I worked in a hotel restaurant in the centre of the Highlands for a year in 2024 which was extremely busy so I’m fine to work under pressure. I’ve seated guests, taken orders, ran food and also been staff for large events. I’m a very quick learner and generally a positive happy person too – many previous managers have commended my customer service. I’m looking to pick up some extra money over the next few months and potentially look at moving into a career in events management so any opportunities in that would be really exciting. At the moment, I work in research and logistics in the third sector so I have a real range of work experience. I can be flexible(ish) with my work timings so do get in touch.
