. With a background in office work in busy central hospitals , customer service and hospitality I am confident in my ability to contribute to your team. In my previous role as Clinical coordinator, I acted as the first point of contact for thousands of members of the general public and had to ensure effective communication and scheduling across a busy central hospital. Through this work , I developed my knowledge of office processes. Furthermore , I have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry including bar-tending, serving food, cleaning food / dining areas, silver service and front of house experience for a luxury weddings company. These roles have honed my customer service skills and meant I am aware of the manner and maturity required and how integral communication and flexibility is in any work role.
