Jennifer Ugwueke

A devoted and driven Care Assistant with over five years of experience in healthcare, and I am deeply motivated to support people of varying ages in a residential care environment. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive space where each individual feels valued, heard, and encouraged to reach their full potential. My experience as a home care assistant, healthcare assistant, care volunteer, and nursing intern – where I rotated across different hospital departments—has given me a strong foundation in providing holistic, person-centred care. I have supported individuals with their personal needs, emotional wellbeing, and daily routines while promoting independence and dignity. I am trained in basic wound care, infection prevention and control, and Red Cross first aid. I hold a B.Sc. in Nursing and Biochemistry and currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management.
