As a dedicated member of staff since I entered the work environment, I am writing to express my eagerness to extend my working knowledge through trusted people. My previous experience working in multiple sections across the hospitality industry from the Front of House including Waitressing, Serving and Barista roles, to the Back of the House assisting in the kitchen, has provided me with a thorough knowledge of what makes the running of a successful establishment and leads me to extend the transferrable skills I have gained to other jobs roles outside of hospitality as well as new hospitality positions. These skills have enabled me to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, give quality customer service, and problem solve any issues that may arise on shift that I believe are key in any work environment, and have had the opportunity to serve at catering events and progress beyond my initial hiring role. I am looking forward to new opportunities in flexible working.
