Personal statement 2025. I am currently in a unique opportunity to make myself available to support company workforces. I have a role as a Business Development Manager for an Engineering company; however I have found myself with some spare time, which I would like to use by engaging with some of the skills I have gathered through my life. I have a wide range of experience from a diverse career portfolio, this includes a successful Military career for over 12 years, Health & Social care, including managing Children’s homes, I have worked in schools as an Alternative Education lead, supporting young people who struggle to achieve in a mainstream school setting. For the past couple of years, I have run my own business of a craft Ale & Deli business in Hartlepool, with all it entails, from ordering, stock rotation, line cleaning, beer management, customer interfacing, and organising events for the Arts such as live music and comedy.
