Hello my name is Abdal I have experience as a bar supervisor in club venues, working at this kind of environment has permitted me to get a more of an inside on how to communicate with associates and clients the same, the manner by which this activity has helped me is by letting me get more in contact with customers. This job has also given me a chance to become a bar supervisor allowing me to have my own bar and my own team, this came with many challenges and maintaining a good work flow for my team and making sure we put the customers first and made sure that they were having a great time, becoming bar supervisor meant that I had to be assertive and make sure that my time management skills were in good order so that the bar and everything was running smoothly.
